The Daring Bakers' JUNE 2011 Challenge: From Phyllo to Baklava

Erica of Erica's Edibles was our host for the Daring Baker's June challenge. Erica challenged us to be truly DARING by making homemade phyllo dough and then to use that dough to make Baklava.

Thank you Erica. This is such a fun dessert to make. It is very easy and It is delicious. If you love nut, you will love this dessert so much that there will not have enough left to store or to freeze ^_^ I am so happy to have this chance, to try to make my own Phyllo. Before this, I never think that it is something you can make by yourself at home but after my first try, with such a nice result, I can say that it is easy and it is fun  ^_^  Thank you The Daring Kitchen ^_^ for this fun experience!

Banana cupcakes & Peanut Butter frosting

Cupcake is such a fun cake to eat. It's in an individual serving size. You can decorate as you like. You can make it varieties: taste/frost/style/deco/.. Frosting make cupcakes soooooooooo irresistible. Anytime i see cupcakes, i just simply eat until full. Well, that's not good but i just LOVE them so much ^_^ !!!!

Hi everyone ^_^ I am so sorry, i really am. I was not update my blog for such a long time. And between that time, i am so happy to know that i have 2 new followers. Well, talking about my excuse for being absent. I can only say that it's "Spring" fault. Don't get me wrong. After such a long winter we have had, we are so happy to see "spring" finally arrived. The problem is as soon as the sun come out, my kids can't stop asking me to bring them ouside .. and of course to stay with them ALL DAY outside. No more "cleaning" time, no more "cooking" time, no more "baking" (sniff ..) time .. and of course no more "blogging" time. I know, I have to manage time differently than during the winter. I am working on it :)

P.S. Even when i didn't update my blog, i always think of "doing" it and always thinking of new recipes to share ^_^ Please stay with me :)
