Fried Chicken with Sage

Chicken with Sage

This is a very quick dish. The longest time is too wait until the chicken cook through. Smell good Taste good! Try once and you will love it ^^




You will need:

1 packed (about 6 pieces) Chicken thighs, skinless boneless
2 blanch Sage
3 clove of  Garlic, sliced
Seasoning: Salt, ground black Pepper, Maggi
Canola oil, for cooking

How to:

On medium high heat, add -- 2 tbsp cooking oil + garlic --

When garlic turn lightly brown, add -- sage --

(Seasoning chicken thighs both sides with -- salt + pepper -- )
Wait a few minutes then add -- chicken thighs --

When cook through, splash -- maggi -- all over chicken
Turn off the heat, turn chicken around for sauce to coat

Ready to serve!

* Serve with Rice, Vegetable, Pita bread, or anything you like :)
