Pork Tenderloin with Garlic-Pepper

This is the dish that everyone in my family like. Eating with anything you like: rice, sticky rice, vegetable, or even bread as a sandwich. No matter how much i make, it's always finish with an empty dish ^^

What you need:

500 gram. Pork Tenderloin (or other meats: Chicken, Pork cutlet, Shrimp, etc.)
3 clove of Garlic
4-5 Coriander (Cilantro) root
a pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Maggi sauce
heaped 1/2 teaspoon Cassonade Sugar

* Actually, i never measure :} so, you can just adjust an amount of seasoning as you feel.

How to:

Blend together -- garlic clove + coriander root + pepper --

Mix together until well combined
-- pork tenderloin, garlic mixture along with all seasoning --
cover with Cling film and let marinade a few hours if possible

Cook in the pan -- medium high heat --until cooked through

Serve with hot rice or sticky rice and some veggies
or even with burger bun!

Now, let's go make some & ENJOY ^_^
