Banana cupcakes & Peanut Butter frosting

Cupcake is such a fun cake to eat. It's in an individual serving size. You can decorate as you like. You can make it varieties: taste/frost/style/deco/.. Frosting make cupcakes soooooooooo irresistible. Anytime i see cupcakes, i just simply eat until full. Well, that's not good but i just LOVE them so much ^_^ !!!!

Raining and cold. What a weather. This is what spring should be? :} Ooops, am i beginning my post by complaining?!?!!?? sorry ^^ Speaking about this recipe, what an interesting recipe. I like all the ingredients. It's quick and easy. It's healthy. I only baked 1/2 of the original recipe and finished it all in one day. The texture is soft and smell is just so good. The taste is great, apple everywhere ^^ Nut make this bread crunchy, nice! Let's make this together! ^^

Fastest Cinnamon Buns, for real!

"What? For real?" (my daughter like to say this word "for real?" :D) That is what i asked to myself when i found this "fastest cinnamon Buns" recipe. Yes, "fastest" but how fast? Oh, so fast that you do NOT have to wait for proofing. Wow, interesting. How about taste? Will it be the same? The only way to find out, let's do it. In the kitchen, mix mix mix, roll roll roll, cut cut cut, bake bake bake and voila! That's quick, really quick! So, it true that it is "fastest". Now, the taste .. Yum Yum Yum, Yippy! It tastes great! It's almost the same than the "proofing-needed" one. It even softer to me ^^ Yippy!!!!!! Of course, "Overnight Banana Sticky Buns" still be our favorite buns as it tastes to great and so delicious so yummy but just add a little place for this "Fastest Cinnamon Buns" recipe  as well :) as it's so quick!

Our family, we love waffles ^^ Ever since we have our nice waffle maker. We have so much fun tasting new recipes every sunday or so. Beside our all time favorite "Waffle Bran Flax seed", this recipe is new recipe we found and like :) It's light, soft, look nice (not burn, not stick too the maker) and of course it's delicious! The original recipe is already nice but i changed a few ingredients to suit my taste ^^

Aie Aie Aieeeeeeeee Aie !!!!!! Yes, someone screaming but only this times it was not my kids, It's ME.. screaming SO LOUD that all the neighbors can here. Why? Well, because i was so stupid to hold cast-iron skillet that just come right OUT from the oven with my bare hand, yes, you read that right .. my BARE hand!!! So, now you agree that i have a good reason to scream? It was so painful that .. that .. i don't know how to explain .. but i keep making a "suffer noise" for the whole long 3 hours with an ice pack from the freezer (changing every 15 minutes) in my hand for the whole time.. How can that happen? Simply because i was worry too much about taking a nice picture at the right time.. i finished by having a huge burn on my left hand for the whole week .. Well, .. anyway. The show must go one. As i already burn my hand for this, i better make this worth doing. So, i took lots of pictures with my right hand .. yes, my one and only hand (yes, the other one was TOO PAINFUL from burning). I wish this picture could win some award to pay back a bit my pain :P (kidding :D)

My husband love waffle. I have tried many recipes, too many that i husband complain when am i going to stop trying :D and so far this one is our favorite. They are quick and easy to make, no "waiting" time. Not a lot of dirty dishes after (important!). The waffle come out really nice, not sticky to the maker, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Taste? Delicious! Taste good with just enough sweetness :) We usually make waffle once a week on Sunday morning :) With this HEALTHY ingredients from this recipe ^^ Happy morning!
