This is the simpliest best healthy recipe ever! Avocado is just so good for your health.. and the rest are just tasty, healthy as well .. all together make such a delicious HEALTHY dish for dinner on the table ^^

What you need:


3 ripe Avocado, cut into small dice
1 Tomato, cut into tiny dice
1 tablespoon Red onion, finely chopped
Cilantro, finely chopped
Seasoning: a pinch of Salt, Lime (or lemon) juice

How to:

Guacamole QUICK QUICK!
  1. Cut -- avocado -- into small dice. Spoon them out with spoon. Don't worry if it doesn't look nice because it is going to be squeezed together with all the rest of the ingredients anyway.
  2. Cut -- tomato -- into 4 wedges. Take off the seed. Cut lengthwise then cross to have a small cube.
  3. Finely chop -- red onion --
  4. Finely chop -- cilantro --
  5. Mix everything together. Seasoning with salt and lime (or lemon) juice. 
*Serve with pita bread

 Now, let's go make some & ENJOY ^_^
